Unblocking Browser Pop-up Windows When Using Panopto and Moodle

In order to watch some videos in Panopto, a viewer must be logged into the Panopto system. Normally, this login process occurs automatically in the background when a user logs into a Moodle course that uses Panopto videos. Sometimes, however, browser security features, such as pop-up window blockers, may block the background authentication process and the videos will not play.

  1. Navigate to the Panopto video inside a Moodle course that will not play.
