Panopto Capture is a web-based video recording program that allows users to record cameras, microphones, and the computer’s screen. Members of the Gettysburg College community can access Panopto Capture either via their Panopto Creator Account or via a Panopto Assignment folder in Moodle. Videos created this way are automatically saved to Gettysburg College’s Panopto Video server.
This article covers how to use the web-based Panopto Capture application. Panopto also offers a downloadable application for both Mac and Windows that is not covered in this article.
